Rolls
Onze rolls, boxen en pies worden niet verzonden. Je haalt ze af in de winkel die je kiest, op de dag die je kiest bij het bestellen.
Merch
Merch leveren we bij je thuis met PostNL, in België en Nederland.
- België: €7
- Nederland: €12
We verzenden je bestelling binnen 2 werkdagen vanuit ons magazijn in Wilrijk. Zodra je pakje onderweg is, krijg je een mail met je track-and-trace-code.
Rolls en merch bestel je apart. Al onze merch ligt ook in de winkel, dus je kan die ook gewoon ter plaatse kopen wanneer je je rolls komt afhalen.
Pakje beschadigd of niet ontvangen?
Laat het ons binnen 7 dagen na levering weten via info@havearoll.com, met je bestelnummer en een foto als het pakje beschadigd is. We zoeken samen met PostNL naar een oplossing.

Our rolls, boxes and pies are not shipped. You pick them up at the store of your choice, on the day you choose when ordering.
Merch
We deliver merch to your home with PostNL, in Belgium and the Netherlands.

We ship your order within 2 working days from our warehouse in Wilrijk. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking code.
Rolls and merch are ordered separately. All our merch is also available in our stores, so you can simply buy it there when you pick up your rolls.
Parcel damaged or not received?
Let us know within 7 days of delivery at info@havearoll.com, with your order number and a photo if the parcel is damaged. We'll work out a solution together with PostNL.
